1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bdjl platform at bdjl.lat (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with bdjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all interactions with the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, participation in cricket or sports betting, use of promotional offers, and any communications with the bdjl support team.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bdjl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice; however, material changes will be announced via the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Use of the bdjl Platform is strictly restricted. To register and maintain an active bdjl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdjl enforces a minimum age of 21 years in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Bangladesh market. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual, natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of other individuals are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with bdjl or any other gambling operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bdjl employee or contractor in a role that involves access to Platform systems, game mechanics, or promotional structures.

bdjl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, including National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail verification or are found to have been registered in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one single bdjl account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdjl employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bdjl accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdjl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdjl will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bdjl support team immediately at support@bdjl.lat and change your password without delay.

bdjl strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge to all registered players via the account security settings panel. bdjl is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to implement reasonable security measures.

3.4 Age Verification

bdjl conducts age verification for all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal request. Players must submit a legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID confirming they are 21 years of age or older. Where age cannot be confirmed, the account will be suspended and any deposits will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to processing timelines.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdjl processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. bdjl does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which bdjl accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any account-level limits applied by bdjl.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 15 minutes during standard operating hours; up to 24 hours during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account holder used for the corresponding deposit (the "same source" rule). This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and is non-negotiable. bdjl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳50,000 or where account activity patterns are flagged by bdjl's AML monitoring systems.

Players must complete age verification (see Clause 3.4) before their first withdrawal will be processed. No exceptions apply to this requirement.

4.4 Declined and Returned Transactions

Where a deposit transaction is declined by your payment provider, bdjl bears no responsibility for any resulting loss of opportunity to place a bet or participate in a promotional offer. Where a withdrawal is returned to bdjl by your payment provider due to incorrect account details supplied by you, the funds will be credited back to your bdjl account balance and a new withdrawal request will be required.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other promotional rewards offered by bdjl are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented. General conditions applicable to all bdjl promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the stated wagering multiplier before any withdrawal is permitted. Where a player requests a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited and only the original real-money deposit will be returned.
• bdjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already accrued by eligible players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of automated betting patterns, arbitrage, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion and may result in account closure.

5.2 Wagering Contributions

Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino table games, cricket betting, and other sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%), or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. The specific contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

bdjl may run seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events including Pohela Boishakh, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket events including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All such promotions are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms published at the time of the offer.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the bdjl Platform are sourced exclusively from licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes of all applicable games are independently tested and certified by the respective studios in accordance with industry-standard audit protocols. bdjl does not modify, influence, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

By participating in any game or betting market on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game events conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios.
• Gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible and normal outcome of gameplay. Past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.
• bdjl's recorded transaction and game log data constitutes the definitive record of all gameplay activity. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, bdjl's server records will be treated as authoritative.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or hardware failure on bdjl's or the game provider's systems — bdjl's liability is limited to the return of the stake placed in the affected round. Voided game rounds will be refunded to your account balance.

6.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket and sports betting markets offered on the bdjl Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport, tournament, and bet type. bdjl reserves the right to void any bet where the result cannot be determined, where the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window, or where the bet was placed in error due to an obvious pricing mistake. Settlement of all cricket and sports bets will be based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI).

7 Responsible Gaming

bdjl is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices for all players. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools, all of which are free to activate from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts: Receive notifications after a pre-set period of continuous play to remind you to take breaks.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your account for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without triggering a full self-exclusion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform's software, content, or data.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdjl staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation service in order to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdjl Platform — including but not limited to the bdjl brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use bdjl's intellectual property for any purpose beyond normal personal use of the Platform.

Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, and others). Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of such content without express written permission from the relevant rights holder is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

bdjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering a bdjl account, you consent to bdjl collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and direct marketing communications (where you have opted in).

bdjl uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Player financial data is never stored in plain text. bdjl does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only where strictly necessary for the provision of Platform services (e.g., with bKash, Nagad, or banking partners for payment processing) or where required by applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjl, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss of data, reputation, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from events outside bdjl's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
• Any losses resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdjl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdjl makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

12 Account Termination and Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your bdjl account at any time by contacting the support team at support@bdjl.lat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to standard verification and processing timelines.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by bdjl

bdjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where bdjl reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players. Where an account is closed by bdjl due to confirmed breach of these Terms, bdjl reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and any necessary remedial action.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bdjl will contact you via your registered email address before applying a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant account balances, as permitted under these Terms. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Dormant account balances may be reclaimed at any time by contacting bdjl support and completing re-verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bdjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. Where changes are material in nature, bdjl will publish a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1 above. bdjl will process any outstanding real-money balance in your account in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures.

14 Contact and Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding these Terms or your bdjl account, please contact the support team in the first instance:

bdjl aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the bdjl management team via the same email address, marked clearly as a formal complaint. bdjl will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a final response within fourteen (14) business days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out above shall be referred to binding arbitration by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator.
